Stock play

Stock playHere is the only logical sinario that would save this company and investors. Canada post buys local newspapers and flyer distribution rights at 400 million and receives the government grants. With that money postmedia would pay off all debt and still receive some grants. Because postmedia reaches different demographics they don't really compete against Toronto star and will merge and further Consolidate to receive maximum profits and gains. With grants that both companies receive from the government it will further give room to restructure operations. With previous news releases you can assume both companies can work together and Canada post sees flyer distribution as key component in there future businesses
