RE:RE:NVAThe only reason we're talking about nuvista us because their equity value has tanked badly. It's tanked badly because the company has taken on excessive debt levels relative to their asset value. Likely pointing to excessive spending/risk taking by management over the years that has now shown itself now that they've had to significantly write down the true value of their assets. There's just no way any company will step up to find value in 50000 boe producer with close to a $ billion in actual cash liabilities. It's just not worth it. For most companies (POU included) the additional $800 mm in debt would crush their own equity value.
