NVA
NVA does not have a billion in debt, your looking at all liabilities.
My big concern regarding NVA is the office lease, it looks stupid expensive.
IMHO

$650 mm in bank debt and bonds $115 mm in office and other lease liabilities $ 50 mm in derivative instruments which likely settle on long term status $150 mm in ARO (No need to include as these are not cash liabilities Still ~$800 mm in cash debt. For a company that only produces 50,000 BOEs it's way too high. Cash debt should be in the $300 to $400 mm range; not $800 mm range.
