NVA

NVA does not have a billion in debt, your looking at all liabilities. 

My big concern regarding NVA is the office lease, it looks stupid expensive.

$650 mm in bank debt and bonds $115 mm in office and other lease liabilities $ 50 mm in derivative instruments which likely settle on long term status $150 mm in ARO (No need to include as these are not cash liabilities Still ~$800 mm in cash debt. For a company that only produces 50,000 BOEs it's way too high. Cash debt should be in the $300 to $400 mm range; not $800 mm range.

The only reason we're talking about nuvista us because their equity value has tanked badly. It's tanked badly because the company has taken on excessive debt levels relative to their asset value. Likely pointing to excessive spending/risk taking by management over the years that has now shown itself now that they've had to significantly write down the true value of their assets. NVA debt will br 500 to 550, POU will be 780 to 850 mil from their actual 750 000 000$ DEBT
