Being on the Receiving End

Being on the Receiving EndReally, a broken record by energy companies were the CEO is not aligned with share holders and all they can do with this windfall cash is buy back the companies shares.

They don't want to increase dividend, and buying back shares is only one component of the companies evaluation, and once they buy them back the money has evaporated from the balance sheet.

So  POU provides a reasonable dividend, POU esentially with zero debt, and POU with a very small share count, you not waiting for debt targets to be met, or endless years of share buybacks, before you get rewarded.

Really why are all these share buybacks justified when oil was120 dollars, when shares were at their all time highs, can management just not think of something better to do with the cash. I know i can and don't approve with a simplistic share repuchases.

POU should have a great quarter, but now is the starting point where the cash just keeps piling up, and opportunity abound everywhere.
