actually i was a little embarrassing when this available around a dollar, just 10 months ago, and wondering what's Jim waiting for? then i saw Clay's peaceful smile -- "go for it, it's ok."

I am sure that will be the case in 12 month from now but what about  2-3 month from here  ? I  heard  around $ 4 for POU   is still in the cards ?  No guarantee    just a chance .  Oil still has lower numbers  than $ 52  on it / the market is over exstanded also  . The way i look at it is like this, these are depressed prices in the 40's and low 50's and have been for the last 4 years as trump was a oil market manipulator. So Americans have had cheap gas but that will not last for ever and opec especially knows that oil prices need to be around 60 dollar and that if thery are to low goverments will simply layer more taxes onto the price.
