Net Asset Value $83.20 share

No sooner did I caculate POU net debt then it went down again. ( Bad on Me )

The NVA shares in the POU kitty are now worth amost 360 million dollars. The worst part of this being, they are in pretty big demand, i can clearly see NVA going to 12 dollars at the drop of a dime.

So the investment that POU has in Public companies in now in the 380 million dollar range. Add 130 million for drilling company and private assets you are looking at 510 million in investments.

Zero net debt, with one of the best land bases in the entire basin. with a NAV of $83.20 a share. With one of the largest insider ownerships in the business.

Thank you MHP. Very insightful and meaningful posts, as always. Can you confirm the upcoming earnings date? I have seen 1st week of March; but also, March 9th. I am assuming same would be after markets have closed. Thank you.

Your opinion w.r.t. what to expect on March 2nd.
Comment by Raymondjames on Feb 13, 2022 2:48pm
There are q4 estimates by all the brokerage houses. But you are not buying or selling pou on what happened last quarter. You are buying because pou is a trigger finger away from being net debt free and 500m + fcf.

I am. Hoping to steal a few more shares here and there before March 2nd. Thank you Raymondjames.

$24.75 to 25.25 is a bargain if it gets to that level

Look at all those june 15c and September $15c today. The march $17s, $20s, and $22s also active. Those poor shorts ...

Just putting the truck into drive to finish them off.

When will the shorts learn from their mistakes. There was a time when pou was the easiest stock to short. Not so now. The call option activity is making life miserable from them. And how much do they want to put down to short it - $10m $20m -50m? Some well heeled investors in pou liking the 7 cents a year with more coming.

PS - shaking out ma and pa investors is despicable. I was one of them in march 2019.  Made a fortune since then ans always looking for a battle.

I also have to thank this board for not only investing in POU; but also NVA. I invested a few weeks on some DD and then gradually purchased NVA shares over the last 12-18 months. I am most happy with the NVA return, to date.

I also read your post on the NVA board MHP, re: purchase and exit of same. I was not as frugal as you, my avg. cost is exactly $2.30 w.r.t. NVA, but I am still holding based on your revised outlook for the company. Thank you again.
