Happier to See This Purchase Than Buying Gov Bondoggle

Thr Receipt price is a tad on the low side but I get why. Issue is not a big percentage of the existing float, great assets being purchased that they already know well, immediately accretive and they aren't overpaying. No negative impact to the dividends. Quite happy about this, share price will recover quickly.

As I own both PPL and ENB (both preferreds and common shares) I look upon this purchase as a win-win transaction for both companies. I also see that the board od directors of Pembina is prudent, and not making risky acquisitions.
