The buybacks and cancellations are nice, but then undoing all the buybacks by awarding RSUs like they just did (presumably helping to get management to their targeted insider holding rates at the same time -- as opposed to buying shares with cash) is less nice. IMO they've won NAFTA and maybe they know it, this is unclear still. A $25m injection here would be a tremendous boon; however, not sure it wouldn't be watered down with more RSUs, additional empire building or salary increases in the name of retaining 'top talent'.
