Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Prairie Provident Resources Canada Ltd., Lone Pine Resources Inc., Lone Pine Resources (Holdings) Inc., Arsenal Energy USA Inc. and Arsenal Energy Holding Ltd.

September 21, 2020	Following the passing away of arbitrator V.V. Veeder (British), Albert Jan van den Berg (Dutch) accepts his appointment as President of the Tribunal, appointed by agreement of the parties in accordance with UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (2010) and Chapter Eleven of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
September 21, 2020	The Tribunal is reconstituted in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (2010) and Chapter Eleven of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Its members are: Albert Jan van den Berg (Dutch), President, appointed by the parties; David R. Haigh (Canadian), appointed by the Claimant; and Brigitte Stern (French), appointed by the Respondent.
