No wonder the stock is going no where.
Take aways:
No reduction in LT debt in forecast.
Little increase in production unless they are factoring in the non core production sale.
CFO leaving  - never good news
Hopefully they are being very conservative in their numbers , but on balance 2022 looks like a year of treading water.  
Anyone have an idea what they might be able to get on the Non Core sale, which includes 1k boe/d?
