You have been bad mouthing this Company for the past couple of years.
What you cant argue with is that the stock has gone from .035 to .285 or an 800% increase in 1 year from the low. Have they been lucky from the price of oil & gas, yes, but the new CEO seems to be  running it like a real business with a future. A little more luck with the Nafta claim and non core sales and they will be in much better standing with the their creditors and a likely acquisition candidate  .
