I strongly believe PPR is going up on it's own merit. I like the new CEO and the market is favouring us.


But the NAFTA case is still one to watch. The fact the NAFTA site is being updated reguarly is a positive sign:

The Tribunal holds a pre-hearing organizational meeting with the parties by video conference.

Being one of the oldest pending cases, one would think they want this settled.

Not really much progress. If they are just now holding an organizational meeting its at least another month before they have a hearing, by definition Organizational Meeting:About one month before a hearing, the Tribunal (or its President alone) generally holds an organizational meeting with the parties.  The meeting is usually held by telephone conference.  Its purpose is to discuss

Still progress to me.... 'subjective' I guess. I have waited this long - can wait a few months especially with WTI holding strong.
