Not enough detail.  These are all restricted share units, but we don't know what the restrictions are. Usually requires some performance or price improvement in order to vest in the money though.  We likely have to wait until next quarterly report to get the details.

Either way, the optics are bad. If they wont put their own money on the line at .05/share, what kind of  confidence in the Company does that demonstrate to the investing public . Especially now given the drastically improved outlook for  O&G prices .

I"m not overly concerned about their lack of share ownership.  Would be nice, but I think the work they did in reduciing the share counts and lowering the debt in 2020 earned them something.  With these RSU's, they won't make any money unless I too make money, and that works for me.

Remember   to   withhold   your   vote   from  all   directors   at  the  up coming   meeting  .   They no longer have the support of the Goldman block like they had in the past.
