Lack of confidence

PPR price action considering the increase in WTI, disproves the notion that a rising tide lifts all boats.
New Board of directors need to step up and get this ship a float again.

Keep in mind that it is September, and investors are once again moving away from riskier assets. It is going to take time for PPR to become a low risk investment. Until then, expect volatility.
