Yes, but no positive movement in the stock price. Thought we would have seen some insider buys after this news. Guess we'll have to see how the funds are applied to the debt and what is left over for expenditure on capex.

I'm not concerned about the share price at this time. I continue to see it as a buying opportunity. I'm waiting to free up some cash so that I can add to my position. Yes, high-risk, but also high-reward if the company can pull this off, which I think they can. Sure hope I'm right.

Trying to understand what the goals are here - paying off debt is priority one but then what? Take on more debt or issue more shares to finance the drill bit? Why would anyone buy right now when there is no clear plan? If someone knows more please post; I don't mind saying that I'm probably ignorant regarding the situation.

My opinion only: Their priority objective is to pay off the lender and this will only have a chance to happen if the lender is willing to extend the June loan exp. date. The likelyhood of a full pay off is small at the current commodity prices so the lender can either cut their losses or take a chance that things will improve over time.
