Unfortunately, the current management answers to only the Board of Directors or PCEP .
You would normally expect dissemination of significant news and a courteous response to any shareholder questions, but apparenly they feel the rest of us are not worth the time.
In regards to the piece by piece sale of properties, the Company has indicated that they were intending to sell non-core assets. However this latest transfer was within the Core area and so maybe they are just trying to liquidate as much as possible before July 1 rolls around.
