RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Whats going on with Probe Metals?? Noooo...not personal or emotional.
Perhaps you have not read the complete thread. Maybe you should.
Just hugely disappointed in the lack of ethics and the apparent arrogance of Probe's management team in thinking that this was ok.
Especially after THREE disappointing years of stock performance and the unbelievable bonuses, etc that were issued in an under-performing company.
The focus is on these two employees in question because they are full time extremely well/over-compensated Probe employees. They have no business holding executive positions in another company.
Investing in another company? I have no issue with that. Using Probe resources, time and staff? I do have an issue with that. This was, and remains, a gross conflict of interest; especially when the CEO of Probe admitted that marketing was a weak point of the company and these two are largely responsible for that aspect.
I'm not sure how you don't see this as a conflict.
In terms of speaking to IR, unfortunately, when she does answer the phone, she does not have the knowledge to hold up an in-depth conversation; seems to read from press releases, then refers us to Dave. Very little value and a waste of time, IMHO.
It would appear that at least the board has taken note and Sindwani resigned/has been terminated from the CFO position at Angus. This in itself is an admission that this situation was improper and should never have occurred.
Next up, they need to address Langlois. Simple as that.
