Hub and Spoke Business Model The hub and spoke business model is used in many different industries.
Top of mind would be Walmart's regional distribution centers supplying their stores in that distribution area.
On a personal level it would be the airline industry where I and my family have personally benefited from this model.
In the mining sector it's described as a central mill.
With the acquisition of the Croinor land package this hub and spoke business model has now become
a reality. Why not extend this concept to include other explorers like Cartier Resources Chimo mine
project.on an alliance basis. Similar to the major airlines alliances. All airlines are independently owned
but major benefits drive these alliances.
So what would a benefit be?
For both companies the benefit is M&A where an agreement to sell individually or as
a whole without the acquirer negotiating on a individual basis for the whole. This could attract a bigger producer like
a Barrick who are looking for a big opportunity in Canada.
Combined resource could be approximately 8.5m ounces of gold and an annual production of well over
300 000 ounces.
