Dilution date

First time poster here: Does anyone know when the stock dilution takes place? Was it the end of March? or the end of April? Im wondering if one was to pick up shares now if they will be diluted?

At an expected gross proceeds of $20,000,000.00 consisting of $1.35/share the dilution is  14,814,814 shares. That is only 13.25% of 111,770,668 outstanding shares. Hardly a problem as those additional shares will bring $20,000,000.00 into the coffers. PRQ is spending the highest amount on drilling ever to increase revenue at a time when natural gas and oil are at record levels. PRQ's ...more

Not betting on buybacks or dividends, at least in the short term. The rationale for rights offering, among other things, is to reduce debt by $20 million: "The Corporation is actively seeking alternative debt financing to refinance its Credit Facility (as defined below) prior to its maturity on May 31, 2022."
