RE:RE:RE:Why cant this go upI think it's a solid company with a good track record. Take a look at their history. Aside from the initial COVID hole, the stock price has been pretty consistent. And again if you look at the tenants they have in their properties, you're seeing big, well established companies in prime locations - In otherwords, a pretty low risk business model.
Is there a risk they could reduce the divi? Well that's always a possibility. There has been some low level noise about banking instability and interest rates causing some short-term troubles for PRO, but I'm quite content to keep buying and taking the paycheques. But that's me.
What are your thoughts?
