Husky Energy - Transactional Sales

Anyone know if Husky does much exploration.  Most times when these mergers happen Pulse Seismic ends up getting a big payday.  Not sure exactly why but the big sales boost and cash winfall is always welcome.

Data licensing contracts terminate early upon a change of ownership of the licensee.
