RE: I still hold PSN in my TFSA. I had a smallish holding in a South African miner that delisted that I couldn't sell. I talked to my accountant about it and eventually I signed an agreement with my brother that I sold my interest in the unlisted security for .01 to him, then I used that as my sell receipt. I did the same with a partnership unit that I owned that was wound up, but for some stupid reason it still showed some value on the books. One year I had to declare a profit that was not really a profit (as they had an implied underlying value based on the tax slips from the crooked people running the partnership in the U.S.). So in the end I did the same thing with that and sold the underlying value to my brother for a penny (the money changed hands) and I undid my on paper gain that had no basis on reality. I hope the *holes that were running Poseidon go to jail........ Bloody scumbags. I got a bit fortunate that I sold all my shares that I had in this POS on the last day it traded based on the information being so damning I couldn't fathom anyway that there would be anything left after the lawsuits. Good luck dcj
