WTF?

Anyone care to speculate where the bottom is on this free fall? Why we are seeing this? Fundamental issues with the company??

More sellers than buyers, I am surprised at how low the sp is. I didn't think last q was this bad? I can't figure out what people are scared of here.

I sold very early this year in the $2.20's. I'm looking at this again but in case it helps I sold because the business is highly levered. Based on yesterday's share price, the EV was US$130M and the net debt made up US$80M of that....that's alot of debt for a low margin business. Also, the promised growth never really came through and alot of people just dont see the point of ...more

I think the big fear might be a dividend cut.  They're paying about 6M a year on dividends.  Hard to justify that when profits are razor thin.

I really don't think so. They have said they are committed to it. And the cash flows says they are easily able to pay it.

Very well said. If I can also add that volume is not very high. This goes to show that the larger core shareholders are likely holding to their positions and that flimsy, scared retail small investors are doing the selling because they likely do not understand the fundamentals.

hummmmmm,,,,,the selling is most probably a larger account holder/fund/other who is liquidating for reasons unrelated to the undelying fundaments of the company! Selling a position has many reasons,,,buying is strickly for one reason,,,,,,,,,,,PTG is certainly buying at these levels as is reported. Unfortunately cannabis stock etc returns are out shining all others ,,at the moment!

Maybe it's just one seller.  Or maybe there are folks who don't believe they can service their debt as interest rates rise and as their products business continue to deteriorate.  The success of Smart Edge is still unknown at this moment as well.  But it seems to me management is making all the right decisions with the efficiency initiatives (to maintain margins) and ...more
