While I see the $5 or $10 valuations which some are suggesting for Waterberg as being unrealistically high, in the current market, I also would have to give Waterberg more than $0 (deal or not). I guess I would arbitrarily ascribe a minimum of $0.40-$0.50 (whether developed near term or not), simply based on future (someday) potential.
