RE:RE:RE:RE:Why would Series C noteholders vote for this?I sold most of my notes and all shares of VB yesterday at the opening - VB traded at 4.x before this happens.  I honestly am blindsided by this outcome - fully expect some type of sale or partial sale.  I can see it goes back down to the 4's as shares now flood the market with no viable buyer.  I may buy consider buying some VB in the 4's - after all, that would be at 40%+ discount.  Banking is about scale, may needs a while to build up their equity before someone is willing to pay to take them out.
