RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CEOI dont think he can sell his own shares to the company. There are rules how NCIBs can be carried out and I imagine conflict of interest is somehow incorporated.

Yeah perhaps he uses the NCIB to buy back his own shares by the company and cancel them.
