 Vestmed thanks for this. Good to see a position they've had listed for quite some time get filled and the candidate's backfilled. Filling a production manager seat speaks for itself in that it is POSSIBLE, things are moving and actual production of SOMETHING local is at hand. This shareholder base needs some kind of hope infususion.  Could it be we are in an "It's always darkest before the dawn" moment? 

Those of us whom are stuck and severely underwater may find out one way or the other.
