Give me one more day
Didn't have to get far into it before concluding that the company is in real trouble.
Not much sense toiling over the numbers any further.
I've assumed there's been no material developments in collecting payables that have been outstanding in arriving at the conclusion that the cash is gone and the working capital deficit is now at least $8 million and approaching $10 million.
I see a sequential decline in revenues as well, and don't expect them to report more than $2.5 million, representing a decline of 55% from Q3, 2022 revenues of $5.6 million.
Probably most importantly, it appears to me that the company has virtually no recourse to material additional financing.
Those are my personal numbers, after less than extensive dd, but they are very likely very close.
I didn't have to go deep before realizing that no matter what, the company is in real trouble.
