RE:RE:RE:RE:Why delay?dalesio, you are not a shareholder. You are here for personal motives and gains for your business.
Peter, Alan, and PYR are innocent until proven otherwise.
You have never commented about the actual things PyroGenesis does. Your sole focus is to highlight the AMF investigation. Going so far as to go on other forums such as LinkedIn and post links to such when the company is getting some positive PR over their technology. It’s embarrassing what you do. You are from Montreal yourself dalesio, you should be a bit more supportive of Quebec-based companies.
You claim to be "for shareholders" dalesio, but you have never once discussed PYR's technology and solutions, many of which are tailored to make this world a better place.
Some interesting posts regarding the AMF, seems the AMF doesn't have the best "track record". Keep in mind that Peter (and PYR) are innocent until (if) things are proven in court. And Peter has said (from the NR) “The Company will welcome its day in court where we are confident the truth will prevail and the motives behind those who supported this outcome will be exposed.” The AMF doesn't have a great track record: @pennytodollar Let's also take a moment to acknowledge that the AMF ain't perfect either: https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/amaya-ceo-baazov-1.4695006 @pennytodollar Maybe they've become more rigorous since @pennytodollar https://www.osler.com/en/resources/regulations/2018/amf-not-successful-in-convincing-court-of-appeal-in-a-market-manipulation-case @pennytodollar Oops, they f_cked that one up too @pennytodollar So maybe let Peter have his day in court eh?
