Why delay?

If Pascali and team were confident that this is all false or wrong accusations, they wouldn’t delay any longer.
They would want to clear it out of the way ASAP.
It must be affecting relationship, trust and commitment from potential clients.

Hey, don't blame them, it's the AMF that stated all that BS with their motion to change attorney... My guts is the AMF has nothing and they are looking at many different actions to save face...

As any legalese will tell you the process is the punishment. GLTA

I think the AMF is surprised they got this far.  At this point they are just trying to save face and partially recover some of the wasted money they spent on their salaries of scraping pyrs books with a fine tooth comb for several years.  The transaction that stood out the most after 25 years of business, was between son and father, who now isn't even able to shed any light on it ...more

I agree with you Marseille11 regarding the AMF.  It sure looks like the AMF has nothing on Peter/PYR. Would be interesting to know where Peter is going on his business trip, we'll find out soon enough I'm sure.

You both would say that. Irresponsible of you. FYI, I had stated Pascali, Curleigh and PYR would require seperate legal counsel. What did Pascali and Curleigh do? They hired Me Teolis, a criminal defense lawyer. Pyrogenesis maintains Osler. For how long? If the AMF is successful with Motion to Disqualify Osler, Pyrogenesis will require new legal counsel. Good luck to all!

dalesio, you are not a shareholder.  You are here for personal motives and gains for your business.   Peter, Alan, and PYR are innocent until proven otherwise. You have never commented about the actual things PyroGenesis does.  Your sole focus is to highlight the AMF investigation.  Going so far as to go on other forums such as LinkedIn and post links to such when the ...more

As I've previously stated publicly, I own shares of various securities and I volunteer my time. As I've previously stated publicly, allegations till proven otherwise. As I've previously stated publicly, I don't post re Elon Musk nor Tesla either. I've lost count as to how often you have posted this content. The TAMF has just assigned three Judges to preside over the AMV vs ...more

Well apparently now it takes three judges to try and figure out what the hell the amf is trying to prove, doesn't seem so cut and dry like delousio keeps spewing,   Because if it was a clear violation with intent,  I'm pretty sure only one judge could figure it out. But it's a big twisted mess of trying to conjure up something

BCONTV,  we will not find out. You know you can have an exotic 10 days vacation somewhere in a country where it requires a visa, and have a breakfast meeting about real estate opportunity, lets say expenditure, and call it business trip, just don’t claim the expenses on the company’s book and it’s all good.

"Would be interesting to know where Peter is going on his business trip, we'll find out soon enough I'm sure." How do you figure that? We never heard where he was when he missed the Q2 conference call. Speaking of travel, I'm quite sure there was a note to the 2021 year-end financials that explained that International travel expenses had surged to over $1 million for the ...more
