RE:Facts MatterThe deposit is factual. The "distinct possibility" is your opinion. May be correct, but without clearer references to even the nature of the application, it is not a "fact". Sounds like you want to be the gatekeeper of what are facts and what are relevant opinions. That will keep you busy and please also do so on "things" that sound dreamy as well to hold some credibility as a balanced poster.
In the short term, by the end of February, the application does not matter as much as whether the first torch supply conttract will be signed.
