You have to distinguish between relevant facts that matter and irrelevant opinion and venting.  
Far too many posts on this board consist of irrelevant opinion and venting.  
Just one illustration: it is a fact that Pyro just received a non refundable deposit of $667,000.00.  That's not chump change.  Period.
But that's not the end of the story.  Carefully review Pyro's NR dated January 16,2024.  Then go to the Earthgrid website.  Connect the dots.  The near term catalyst is the distinct possibilty that Pyro and Earthgrid enter into a joint venture pursuant to which the two entities combine their patented technologies to upend the tunnel boring industry.  When I say "upend" what I mean is that this joint venture can become the go-to business for efficient and clean tunnel boring.  Not for creating tunnels under Las Vegas for transportation, but for creating infrastructure tunnels (hydro lines, gas lines, fiber optic cables, telephone lines ...).  
Think of it. A city wants to build new roads or light rail systems etc.  They don't just slap down the road or rail.  New lines for all of the utilities have to be accounted for and created.  Underground.  
On just this one application of Pyro's plasma technology do a simple risk/reward assessment.  A simple one: risk:they just banked $667,000.00 (even if things don't pan out Pyro  keeps this money) .  Reward: Just think of all the infrastructure projects that require underground tunneling!  Is it  mind boggling?
The response from a few posters? What's a Statement of Work? Don't forget about the AMF investigation (not related to a Pyro conduct of business or accounting).
Facts are critical.  Focus on them.

The deposit is factual.  The "distinct possibility" is your opinion.  May be correct, but without clearer references to even the nature of the application, it is not a "fact".  Sounds like you want to be the gatekeeper of what are facts and what are relevant opinions.  That will keep you busy and please also do so on "things" that sound dreamy as

Here is another fact PYRO mkt cap is 120M, Fact 2) recently Mellon Trust made a 1.2M loan to Pyro granting the Trust a universal hypotec on all movable assets which include the IPs. Good day glta

I think you may have missed the point. It's not possible to not formulate opinions. Isn't that what any investor does?  You can't buy a stock unless someone else is selling. There will usually be different opinions "distinct possibility" is a fair (very fair) opinion based on fact. You might have a point if I'd said "probability" but I didn't.

I invested a lot based on the September 11, 2020 statements by the CEO.  I viewed that as more than probability and certainly beyond the realm of possibility, the way stated.  I am still here so the rest is history. A couple of months ago I pitched TMG when PYR was just north of 60 cents and was dropping.  I pitched TMG based on the sales contracts they finally started delivering

Forgot to specify that when I pitched it, the stock could have been bought for 10 to 11 cents, so maybe a bit longer that a couple of months, time flies, but it was an extremely timely recommendation, and you can chalk up the timeliness to luck.  As to the value proposition, it was based on results, strong balance sheet, order backlog and likelihood of additional contracts based on the
