I specified that it "wasn't directed at pyrogenesis, but a fact pertaining to micro-caps as a whole. 

 

Are you illiterate? Then why are you posting this on a pyrogenisis board? Since you want to go off topic, let's talk about hot wheels which is by Mattel Inc. Do you think they are facing stock manipulation right now (the kind that you've mentioned above)? Their shares are only $18.50 usd
