First Contract - $50M (with phase gates)

Has anyone thought about the fact that a $1. something BILLION contract exposes a number of liabilities for both parties...? up until now, what the largest contract PYR has signed? US NAVY for 11.5M

I'm trying to put some scope on this and actually forecast where we're headed - I do believe everything will succeed but we're not going to $40 by DEC. Maybe a few Decembers from now.

Anyways, what are the experts predictions for SP with a $50M contract from Client A. I feel like that is within the reasonable expectation level.

I don't expect the initial contract with client A being anything less than 1 entire plant, which is 50 torches 3MM per torch, that's 150MM contract. We are also likely talking about USD, which translates close to 200MM CAD.
Comment by Pitpitcolisse on Sep 06, 2020 10:14am
I'm with you that first contract is at least for an entire plant, might be more and could include all plants, so anywhere between 200M and 2B can $.
Comment by Oilminerdeluxe on Sep 06, 2020 10:16am
Yes, Ordos7. That is the least we can expect imho.
Comment by CndnBacon on Sep 06, 2020 10:36am
The absolute MINIMUM would be to upgrade a single plant ro start, which is 50 torches....so $150mm
Comment by Stubbyinsider on Sep 06, 2020 10:40am
I would agree, that the minimum 1st order would be between 50-100 torches @ $3mil USD = approx $187 million to $275 million CND. From there, it will be a flurry of incoming new orders & contracts, so yes, $40 by THIS December is entirely possible, however i stick to my prediction of $25, but what the heck do I know.
Comment by swampdonkey69 on Sep 06, 2020 10:55am
We will not be able to maintain any realistic SP until PYR upgrades to the big board. Vulture exchange will manipulate SP until then.

EXACTLY!

TSX senior should happen soon enough. All the more reason smart money should be buying now before rocket launches. But to be fair in the meantime....almost everyone said pyr would never get over $1-2 on venture exchange few months ago back in March/April ....been doing nicely :) Pyrogenesis has the goods and will be in extremely high demand. TIP of the iceberg!-PYR CEO
Comment by Welderkev1 on Sep 06, 2020 2:09pm
Back in February Bernard talked about telling people he was partnered with pyrogenesis and people's reaction was "they're a great company but they'll never make any money" LMFAO
Comment by macallan25 on Sep 06, 2020 10:50am
$40 in a few December's? LOL. Tell me, what company on earth that will have BILLIONS in earnings, with patented tech that is the ONLY game in town, with 5 other business verticals all with multi-million to multi-billion market potential, and listed on TSX and NASDAQ is going to trade at apparently a fraction of 1% of earnings? This stock will be +$100 on Q3 2021. Could be conservative at that. ...more

For me, this comes down to one thing...... Do you believe CEO Peter and his communications and need reports, or not?................... News release is for 10 plants and 50 torches per, that's 500 torches............... He has stated directly on agoracom.com that they have shored up manufacturing capability, and that there is close to no difference between making a few and a few hundred ...more

Yes, I do believe him. That's why the first deal won't be $$ billions. He said it won't. Nothing wrong with hundreds of millions though. GO PYR!!
Comment by Pitpitcolisse on Sep 06, 2020 3:16pm
I never saw or read Peter saying there wouldn't be billions in contract, can you show me where he "said" it. What I recall is him saying "nobody closes a 1.5B deal in 2 weeks" specifying that bying a house takes longer than that... I might have missed something, please provide link to what you pretend he said. Cheers
Comment by Razorius on Sep 06, 2020 3:34pm
correct Pitpitcolisse.  He didnt deny the $1.5B deal - only the timeline "nobody is closing $1.5B in a few weeks" which was back in mid-June (see link below). https://agoracom.com/ir/PyroGenesisCanada/forums/discussion/topics/742032-end-of-june-is-coming-with-the-first-iron-ore-client/messages/2271115
Comment by Razorius on Sep 06, 2020 3:42pm
As reminder to all esp. the doubters, let me further clarify the context before putting a negative on 'few weeks': the person posting in mid-June was predicting the $1.5B deal to be closed by end of June to which CEO PPP replied (see links below) https://agoracom.com/ir/PyroGenesisCanada/forums/discussion/topics/742032-end-of-june-is-coming-with-the-first-iron-ore-client/?message_id ...more

My Dear Moi,   What am I going to do with you?   I love your enthusiasm moi, but nobody is closing a $1.5 Billion dollar deal in a few weeks.   Please…you gotta cut a man a break and pop a chill pill…you do realize it takes 3 months on average to close a house in North America where we close thousands of houses a day????...and a mega torch deal is a bit more complicated ...more

You are completely off kilter.. Dollars to donuts negotiations and draft draw up happened llllllong before it was PRed sonny.. Sorry they didn't let you in on that little bit of info but this is how things generally work.  The public disclosure tends to happen when things are ALREADY completed long before.  This is nothing new. What opinion? I simply copied and pasted what Peter wrote to to a poster called Moi. This happened on the 16th of june 2020. Maybe you are unaware of Agoracom? I suggest you check it out. Please keep your temper in check from now on.

This deal with company A is already been in the works for 6 - 7 months so the deal currently at its final stages can be concluded by the AGM meeting on Sep 22nd. Perfect time to show off your GONADS to the world.

I am a member of Agoracom. Two things.. You are not in a position to tell me to do anything.. understand?  Secondly, you are putting emotion into my posts which typically liberals do and since you've made an incorrect statement about this alllll being over if Trump is re-elected recently, that sort of made you look silly. In the end, we will all make money but again, I disagree with ...more

I simply copied a post from Agoracom. The only statement that you made that had any sense at all was that we will all be making money. Thanks Vers. i was going to let go of casavant ramblings but as i  say what on earth would a trump supporter do on a board that supports green company initiatives such as PYR?

I support trump, I'm here to back a disruptive tech company and make money. Simple.

Like i said this deal with company A is already been in works for about 6-7 months but it is for all the plants and not merely 1 plant because i don't think company A wants to come back to the table to continue finishing the deal for rest of plants They have to get in line as PYR will move on to putting finishing touches to companies B and C contracts. Companies D and on will take shorter time ...more

Back then he also gave us clues as to how much this deal will be He said company A has more than 10 plants and each plant will require 50 torches At that time i believe on Agoracom questions were asked how much each torch will go for and whether some burners will require more than 1 torch in which case his answer was the price for each torch is based on how much company A is saving so that it can ...more

Don't confuse the the price of the order with the size. Obviously these things need to be well built, but building fifty or one thousand of something is small potatoes. We live in a world of infinite productive capabilities. The value for these torches comes from what they save the company and is entirely locked up in IP by PYR. To the victor goes the spoils! Indeed...this torch division is only one division in 1 industry...PYR has other massive divisions DROSITE, 3D POWDERS, TUNNELLING, WASTE DESTRUCTIONS, PUREVAP that can and will morph into greatness you can be sure of that! Because they have proprietary tech with full lock on patents....very derisked imho. Also as the world is growing green...Pyrogenesis will be in very high demand ...more
