I guess this is good news? It doesn't seem to make any difference in our market? Used to be TSX listing meant something - mutual fund companies forced to buy into their funds. Does that happen anymore? ALSO: I wasn't offered any 'options' or 'warrants' lately. Do you think it would be nice to offer some to long-time loyal stockholders?

It is very significant news and will giver greater/broader exposure.   The private placement was a bought deal with 1 underwriter in 1 swoop  - Mackenzie Capital which was oversubscribed  in lightning speed over night.   Imagine if it was left open and the length of time it would take.  BTW:  was only 1/2 warrant attached LONG and STRONG PYR!!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all, absolutely the TSX is an upgrade. There are many institutional funds that will not operate on the venture. Secondly, no, you do not get warrants or options just because you are a long term shareholder. It doesn't work that way. You are a shareholder, or you are not.  Come to think of it, you are not.
