Client B phase 1

Do we know where the modelling phase 1 is at for client B?
6/11 NR mentionned 6 to 8 weeks
Comment by Pitpitcolisse on Oct 30, 2020 9:20am
I think that it is included in the "nothing has fallen off the track" statement. Don't think there was anything specific mentionned in regard of their modelling.

Looking back at PR, phase 1 completion for client A took 8 weeks. Just wondering why after 18 weeks for client B we haven't heard anything.

My guess is tjat new modeling completion might not be considered a "material" news to disclose after receiver draft contract from bigger client A but it could be worth a question to Peter on Agoracom.

All the news that can be reported has been reported if it's not good enough to quell your fear and doubts then just sell and move on. Pitpit answered your question and you ignored his answer.

The securities regs dictate a continuous disclosure update requirement, of 90 days, on previously announced information. So whatever was the last date on which PYR formally discussed pending contracts or modelling, count to 90 and another NR will appear on the topic. Extensions can be requested.

Thank you Midtown, I didn't know about the 90 days, but here we are about 110 days since the last update on Client B  NR of 7/2
Comment by Welderkev1 on Oct 30, 2020 12:44pm
sept 11 was the last update
Comment by MidtownGuy on Oct 30, 2020 12:45pm
But he's referred to it in NRs that discuss trading activity and McWhirter, so that may have sufficed.
