What a stupid statement. How do you know. Everyone on this board is saying, next week, next week ..... This stock is NOT going anywhere until a significant contract is announced. It will go from $4.50 to $5.50 until then. If it is a big order, then it will open up significantly higher like 20% to 60% higher. You just have to wait and hope that it will happen and that the order will be big
