Because it was incorrect based on today's and last night's news release. Provide me a time stamp where this is discussed in the CC, I will listen to it and will retract calling you a lying pumper if you are correct. From what I heard it isn't about the price it is about process. The company may think PYR is the best and that is why they are being told they are the frontrunner, but if the government won't give a permit for this process then I don't think they get the contract.

BIGMOE - I heard different. From what I heard Peter say they have been told they are the frontrunner. I also heard that it is in another country and yes it is being held up in government paperwork. But nothing saying that PYR has been awarded the contract. Being told you are the frontrunner is a lot different to being awarded the contract.

This is correct wasitreallyok. I just wrote to the company and they wrote back and said they are the leading contender. They don't have the contract yet.
