Because it was incorrect based on today's and last night's news release. Provide me a time stamp where this is discussed in the CC, I will listen to it and will retract calling you a lying pumper if you are correct. And if you are correct, I believe 3P should have issued a news release because a $40 million contract is with zero questions, even from someone as not bright as you, a material event requiring proper public disclosure.
