See all those small trades on an uptick?

Those are crosses.

They don't affect the size of the offer at all.

Some broker at TD is parsing his losses.

He's getting his clients who don't own Pyrogenesis to buy it from his clients who do.

They don't know it of course, but he's trying to spread the losses and potential further losses in his book amongst the greatest number of people possible.

He's doing it because he has a size position he can't sell in the market.

If he has 200 clients with 25 yards of stock and an average ACB of $2.00, then those clients are down $5 million.

They're collectively down a buck on 5 million shares.

If he can sell those shares for his clients and the stock ultimately goes to zero, then he now has 400 clients down 50 grand each instead of 200 clients down 100 grand each.

Much better.

Hypothetical example of course, but it happens.

This stock looks terminally ill.

Also brings me to another question. If some brokers have played PYR for some of their clients, why have they done so when you (former broker) have been constantly warning others to sell this company. Or to not buy. Those brokers come from a similar line of thinking as you, what did they see that you didn't? Or better yet what did you see that they didn't? Assuming your assessment of the ...more
