Well for the FUD, I am consider a PUMPER simply because I don't agree with their view that the world or PYR aid going to end tomorrow so you must sell your PYR shares now... But I consider myself a rational investor that after looking at all the facts, came up with my view on my investment, view that is center of on my belief that I have a more than 50% chance of making 10 times my money

Furthermore,  they haven't "done a financing", it's not a bought deal.  It's a "best efforts" basis. Good luck with that.  This is going to get ugly fast.

Pyr has always suceeded and will continue in the future, The only losers here are the shorters who will pay a very high cost. That is why they are here. When a stock is dead nobody attacks it. Think about that a while. the Fudsters have a bundle to lose when PYR will go ballistic.

Furthermore,  this explains the recent flatlining at one dollar.  A line of credit would have been cheaper, and far less dilutive.  But why didn't they get one? They couldn't meet bank covenants.  They have to rely on naive investors like you. They couldn't get a bank to lend them jack-all. No bank would.  They have NO WORKING  CAPITAL.  Hence

Your missing the point. As very sophisticated and experienced investor in small cap company, the terms of the financing confirmed everything I've been saying here for months. Why? Because I know what I'm talking about. This is really a bridge financing with warrants. Do shareholders realize that should anything really go wrong , the shareholders will lose everything and the debt holders
