@plasma1 ok i will throw 3 points of positivity in here going into the weekend. For as much of a terd as this stock has been, the potential remains. To this point it is only potential, but its hard to deny. 1) Rio Tinto/IOC Torches - "We're trialling a plasma burner in one of our furnaces – the first of its kind, which could help us eliminate heavy fuel oil (bunker-C) from the pelletizing process" - directly from the IOC website relating to the 4 torches sold to client B. Also - https://www.linkedin.com/posts/samhoustons_project-research-development-activity-7054612192796549120-D_Gl?trk=public_profile_like_view - this was liked by 189 people on linkedin - pretty much all employees of RT/IOC. Clearly there is some excitement towards this project. Even a small add-on torch order would be a huge step in the right direction, let alone if they made any indication towards the 140 torches. 2) AM Division - Powder qualification with the large aerospace company has been ongoing since April 2021. https://ir.pyrogenesis.com/news-releases/news-release-details/pyrogenesis-announces-approval-nexgentm-facility-global - site assessment approved. While possible, it would be hard to imagine a "legendary" aerospace company wasting this much time with little Pyrogenesis just to say no. Also I think the 5 tonne powder sale pleasantly surprised most of us as a larger and quicker order than we had all assumed. Im still confused as to what is going on with A&D as PYR has essentially sold nothing to them so far, but maybe the Safran/Airbus buyout will lead to something big. I am still a believer despite all of the struggles that the AM division will likely one day be worth more than the current < 200M mkt cap. There just arent enough players here and at some point there will be speculative buying into 3d printing stocks again after it has largely cooled off 3) Pyro-Green Gas - their work with Tata steel on coke oven gas purification and more importantly hydrogen production could have a lot of runway - https://ir.pyrogenesis.com/news-releases/news-release-details/pyro-green-gas-completes-integrated-cold-test-key-client. If I had to guess the "10-15M contract" for Pyro green gas in the "medium term (4-6mo) probably relates to this

The probability that Research Capital is able to complete the financing next week appears to be declining daily. Two million measly dollars in debt for a company cap'd at 170 million.  If they don't close that, watch out.  All bets are off the table.  Exro's looking good though.

Imagine being Research Capital and calling clients about PYR: "Hi, I have a great investment opportunity. You can invest in PYR." Investor: "Why would I invest in PYR when the CEO and the Head of the Audit Committee are disinvesting themselves? Who do you think I am? A sucker?"
