Did you know
There were only 5 directors of PyroGenesis back then.
One of the directors resigned the morning that the board was to elect PPP to negotiate with his father on behalf of PyroGenesis' shareholders.
It didn't pass his smell test.
Naturally " your Peter " abstained from the vote.
The remaining 3 directors voted to have him negotiate the settlement with his father.
Plaudits to the director who resigned.
I can't remember his name.

He didn't have an equity interest in Phoenix, but he was a beneficiary of his father's will. Duh.

That's not even remotely correct. Every Will will have to go through probate and regardless, just because you're named or think you might be named on a will doesn't mean you have beneficial interest. And the most important thing at this time, the father still living. Stop misleading nonsense. Long and strong PYROGENESIS!!

And how do you know how the inheritance and how it was even structured? How do you even know that PETER received anything if at all? The most overarching importance is that the father was still living at the time! Long and strong PYROGENESIS!!!!

"Every Will will have to go through probate and regardless" Absolutely completely wrong again TB. Have you never heard of Joint Tennancy with Rights of Survivorship ? It avoids the need for probate, and the associated fees. Go home Thinkbig. You're out of your league.

Join tenancy and right of survivorship ONLY applies to property . Stop your nonsense. IF there is no will ....the person dies intsetate therefore w intestate succession rules. Spouse is the inheritor. So STOP assuming all this nonsense.

Also his father resided in Greece...adds to the complexity. BUT this is ALL irrelevant bc Peter's dad was LIVING during the settlement agreement. Peter did NOT have beneficial interest as the reasoning of the settlement agreement stated . STOP your nonsense false misleading bashing.

Holy sh. Are you completely brain dead? He was a beneficiary of his father's estate ! Have you heard of the law of transference? A equals B. B equals C. Ergo, A equals C. You're the one who seems desperate.

I'm not going to spell it out for you. If you want to think he was the right person to negotiate with his own father on behalf of the shareholders of PyroGenesis, then you go right ahead.
