Did you know

There were only 5 directors of PyroGenesis back then.

One of the directors resigned the morning that the board was to elect PPP to negotiate with his father on behalf of PyroGenesis' shareholders.

It didn't pass his smell test.

Naturally " your Peter " abstained from the vote.

The remaining 3 directors voted to have him negotiate the settlement with his father.

Plaudits to the director who resigned.

I can't remember his name.

Are you refering to Mr. Angelos Vlasopoulos, April 27 2018 PR? https://ir.pyrogenesis.com/news-releases/news-release-details/pyrogenesis-announces-resignation-director/ Quebec Enterprise Registry: 1167630707 Nom de famille Vlasopoulos Prenom Angelos Date du debut de la charge 2015-05-27 Date de fin de la charge 2018-04-27 Fonctions actuelles Administrateur Adresse du domicile ...more

You aren't going back far enough.... On April 26, 2018, the members of the Board met to consider the claim of Phoenix and matters relating thereto. One member of the Board expressed the view that the claim of Phoenix was not a valid claim and the board process lacked independence. All other members of the Board were of the view that the claim could be a valid claim.   P. Peter ...more

He didn't have an equity interest in Phoenix, but he was a beneficiary of his father's will. Duh.
Comment by developbc on Sep 02, 2023 3:58am
That's not even remotely correct.   Every Will will have to go through probate and regardless, just because you're named or think you might be named on a will doesn't mean you have beneficial interest.   And the most important thing at this time, the father still living. Stop misleading nonsense.   Long and strong PYROGENESIS!!
Comment by developbc on Sep 02, 2023 4:02am
And how do you know how the inheritance and how it was even structured? How do you even know that PETER received anything if at all? The most overarching importance is that the father was still living at the time! Long and strong PYROGENESIS!!!!

"Every Will will have to go through probate and regardless" Absolutely completely wrong again TB. Have you never heard of Joint Tennancy with Rights of Survivorship ? It avoids the need for probate, and the associated fees. Go home Thinkbig.  You're out of your league.
Comment by tamaracktop on Sep 02, 2023 4:12am
Sorry, I'm a bit tired. Thinkbig/develop , almost the same difference, but not really.
Comment by tamaracktop on Sep 02, 2023 4:17am
I suggest we all are. Tired because it's late, and tired of all this BS. And all this BS is coming from the top. Goodnight.
Comment by Thinkbigsti69 on Sep 02, 2023 7:02am
Yes I agree it is coming from the Top Tamrack TOP

Join tenancy and right of survivorship ONLY applies to property .   Stop your nonsense.   IF there is no will ....the person dies intsetate  therefore w intestate succession rules.  Spouse is the inheritor.  So STOP assuming all this nonsense.
Comment by developbc on Sep 02, 2023 5:41am
Also his father resided in Greece...adds to the complexity.  BUT this is ALL irrelevant bc Peter's dad was LIVING during the settlement agreement. Peter did NOT have beneficial interest as the reasoning of the settlement agreement stated .  STOP your nonsense false misleading bashing.
Comment by tamaracktop on Sep 02, 2023 8:30am
Holy sh. Are you completely brain dead? He was a beneficiary of his father's estate ! Have you heard of the law of transference? A equals B. B equals C. Ergo, A equals C. You're the one who seems desperate.
Comment by tamaracktop on Sep 02, 2023 8:33am
I'm not going to spell it out for you. If you want to think he was the right person to negotiate with his own father on behalf of the shareholders of PyroGenesis, then you go right ahead.
Comment by developbc on Sep 02, 2023 8:59am
Your the one that is totally braindead.   Your assuming that Peter is inheriting his father's.   You think all father's must pass on everything to the son?  How you know there isn't another son or daughter!???    Or another secret lover????   ALSO....the father was still alive at the time.   Stop your lying  You are dumb  dimwit.    ...more

As I indicated, confirmed date from the Quebec Enterprise Registry, director Mr. Angelos Vlasopoulos resigned on April 27, 2018.

I guess I don't remember everything after all. With a name like that can you blame me ?
Comment by tamaracktop on Sep 02, 2023 3:56am
That's one of the screwiest scenarios I've ever seen. It's about as arm's-length as you can't get.
