Pretty sad that group spends so much time, effort, and energy on trying to damage the stock price and company in any way possible . And hurt other people's investments as much as they possibly can. Tho lot of them should be ashamed
Comment by Holdrrrr on Nov 13, 2023 12:17am
Northernman's new gig is trying to damage a pharma company that is developing treatment for PTSD in war veterans, so the lows these guys go to is no surprise.
Comment by Holdrrrr on Nov 13, 2023 12:27am
Let's try to destroy a company set on reducing global emissions, while we are at it, let's attack a company trying to help war veterans.  Our PnL comes first.  Real stand up bunch of guys.

Karma is a bitxx ..Northernmen, Dalesio and Co. will receive their deserved retribution in the future.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Nov 13, 2023 9:51am
Skyrocket, what message would you send to the investors who lost a pile of money trusting 3P's words?
Comment by Skyrocket2 on Nov 13, 2023 12:42pm
Stock prices rise and fall. This is the nature of the stock market. Anyone who approaches a microcap with a short investment horizon has only themselves to blame. My investment horizon is 10-20 years. You only make losses once you have sold. Until then it's just a book value.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Nov 13, 2023 1:03pm
It is really ironic that you would make this kind of a statement given the hindsight of the stock chart here.  Kind of ridiculous suggesting that someone who bought it at a buck should not have sold at $10, or someone that bought at dollars is not really suffering losses. Wrong board for this kind of preaching about general investment philosophies!

Are you ever ashamed of writing those stupid accusations?
Comment by paul03 on Nov 13, 2023 10:00am
Are there not any adults who take responsibility for their actions anymore? It's always pointing the finger elsewhere because nobody wants to admit to their own faults/mistakes/flaws. That's the easy way out. If i remember correctly a fellow on another forum paid for his farm or big barn or whatever with his PYR profits. Some people have bought under a dollar and sold at 12$ too. There ...more

Good post. Yes-I dont point fingers-just review the data and let facts guide my decisions. The facts here , thus far IMO, have led me to keep my cash out of this name. Declining revenues, growing unpaid accounts receivables, Regulators alleging fraud. To me, if you invest thats on you. Lets let the smoke clear and see who is standing. all imo-do your own dd,
Comment by paul03 on Nov 13, 2023 10:09am
Never will I blame someone else if I lose money investing. I took that risk. I have my own account with my own password. I press the buttons. Reading some of these posts blaming everything and everyone is cringeworthy.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Nov 13, 2023 10:49am
I find it beyond cringeworthy that you would blame the information receiver rather that the information provider.  If I was to extend that analogy to other examples, people with such attitude do not make the world a better place.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Nov 13, 2023 10:43am
Graham, what Paul is saying is that if you follow data or information provided by the company and your sound assessment of this leads to a wrong decision, that is on you. What Paul is saying is that you are responsible for making all investment decisions and should not make them using information like you do. He can correct me if I am wrong, but that is how I made decisions and he is therefore ...more

Got it. To add to that, you have to believe that the source of information is credible. There have been many times, where people have extended the results, and made forward looking  statements, which can lead to false conclusions for sure. It is also not determined yet whether or not, there was information that was not available to shareholders, that should've been, as alleged by AMF ...more

Mostly serious this was a high risk stock way back then and it still is today regardless of what information the company has dished out over the years. There's a reason there's disclaimers with every release. If your timing of buying and selling didn't pan out for you then so be it. Take it as a learning opportunity and try to figure out how not to do same mistakes later on. Nobody ...more

I have a feeling in a few years or less, we will be looking down at $10 share price :) Next run Paul if you are unsure when to sell, just sell small lots, like a few hundred at a time every day or two.  Average out the way you would average in.  Well, not advice but that's what I do.  It takes the guesswork out.
Comment by Holdrrrr on Nov 13, 2023 3:46pm
But very very important you book some profits.  If it keeps going up, you still have shares, if it drops you can rebuy cheaper or just let the rest ride.  But always take some gains.
Comment by Mostlyserious on Nov 13, 2023 4:24pm
Disclaimers do not override material disclosure rules.  It is in there, except it is implied in a few words while all the BS is covered by a couple of dozen words. I take risks on speculative nature of business.  But I fully agree that one must also consider risks relating to management that will mislead investors. Regardless, I still would not blame victims.  A person that gets ...more

Sure Paul.  It is always investors' responsibility because it is not the company that controls their accounts.  I will agree with you there. But you are basically saying that companies can say anything and everything and you are taking the risk that what they are saying is not misleading, not deceptive, not fully spun for only a positive bias. If you have nothing bad to say about ...more

Well said, Mostlyserious. I would also like to add that many investors take their investment so personally, that they feel like their persona is under an attack when people criticise the company. Companies are not your extensions, neither are those run by people who share your vision of the world and belief-system. Also, it is very likely those people wouldn't be your friends in real life ...more

You really don't get it do you Holdrrr.  The 4 or 5 of us in the nay camp aren't here to "hurt other people's investments". Absolutely not. Quite the opposite.  We're here to point out the facts and to try to explain to people that this stock is absolutely garbage being run by management that couldn't care less about shareholders, and that it's going ...more

It must be disheartening to work so hard over the weekend and especially Sunday night here and elsewhere just to see the share price pop (very slightly) right at the end of the day.

Comment by tamaracktop on Nov 13, 2023 8:03pm
It's not disheartening at all. Someone bought 1500 shares at the close, again.  The stock "rallied" from $.51 to $.53 at the last second to close up on the day on an order for $800 worth of stock. It's called Painting the Tape.
Comment by pjecan on Nov 13, 2023 8:14pm
That reads like an admission that you are definitely trying to depress the share price. Gotcha !!!!!
Comment by Mostlyserious on Nov 14, 2023 7:26am
Huh?  Hypothesizing that painting the tape is an admission to depressing the price deliberately? What part of his explanation about potentially artificially raising the price at close did you not understand? Or are you deliberately looking for a misleading sound bite without even referring to his quote? No answer needed.  This is one of the worst boards out there.  Day in and day ...more

Somewhat ironic. I point out that the stock was up only because of an $800 trade right at the bell and he suggests I'm trying to "depress the price".
Comment by Mostlyserious on Nov 14, 2023 7:50am
Seems pretty clear like he was trying to deliberately make it look like his allegation is solid, especially by not even including the quote on which he's "gotcha", The way I see it, it is a "self-filter on honesty".  Dad that someone would so easily discredit their own Alia's.  Pretty much waste of time posting once one shows themselves as such.  But ...more
