As mentioned in the Tunnel NR the client looks for 5 torches at 2.5 MW for $ 13 Mil.
I definitely think that PYR is capable to deliver a 2.5 MW torch which is powered by natural gas.
That the client, we know it's Earthgrid, goes down to 1 torch is now understandable bc PYR has to develop the 2.5 MW with probably natural gas.
And we know now why it last so long to finish the SOW.
When it works and why not, the torches will roll.
All is well.
