First off let me apologize to the QEC board as I do not think this discussion belongs here (more appropriate for respected PCQ and ATI boards) However I am a shareholder of QEC so I do not feel so bad.

I am in agreement with Buxton that we should not rule out any surprises from the Utica. Though from the data so far, it seems Talisman and QEC are in the sweet spot.

PCQ does have 30% interest but it is a percentage of a pretty big number in the lowlands - 30% of 536,941 or 161,082 net acres with majority nestled right beside Talisman. This does not include 12% of farm out with Canbriam with 19,768 gross acres or 100% of 139,913 acres in the shallow area utica.

I am not that familiar with ATIs operations but my understanding is they are positioned more in the northern shallow utica with some deep utica holdings whereas PCQs 30% with Squatex is in the deep untested utica. ATI is probably more of a land package play as I do not think they are currently drilling

Also you mention Sprott has vast holdings with QEC and ATI, they also own 20% of GMR who has the same jv partner as PCQ, Canbriam

Anyways just wanted to add this food for thought, I do think in the long run all utica players will do quite well.
