RE:answer me this batman!I think it was more the fact that there got some focus on the message boards about the potential compensation combined with an analysis from one of the brokerages which set a potential risked price between 4 and 10 NOK per share accounting in part for the eventual compensation. They set a price on the other parts of about 1,75NOK per share so not much is priced in for compensation. If QEC now gets the go ahead for pilot development then you will see a major repricing of the shares in the 10+ category. 

We are talking huge values in the ground here. And the chance for a "fair value" compensation has increased since they now have social acceptance and should fulfill all the demands in the law for development.
