So, Quebec brings Russian / Saudi oil by tanker up the St Lawrence River , across the Great Lakes and by Rail .....each having huge spill risks...but won't permit clean natural gas to be produced in Quebec.

These actions cannot be believed in the absence of external control of Quebec politicians by the insane Davos / WEF elites and their depopulation agenda..
