We could be then looking at a material event.

They did request the trading halt but this may have been in line with the anticipation of the conference call. However, if something significant has come up in very recent history, this would seem to be in line with what is happening. Don't panic, this potential "material event" could in fact be good news. For example, significant progress on NASDAQ application process, another LOI coming to light, finalization of the prevously announced LOI, a positive change to the financials etc. etc... Good luck all.
