I don't think so. They just had a very small float from what was taken from PHM.

By all metrics this company has continued to underperform compared to VMD.

Yes, value has increased but nowhere near what some might give Greg credit for.

Dollar for dollar you have left money on the table if you stuck with PTQ instead of VMD.
